Clubhouse Properties/Sandhills Golf Packages is a family-owned operation established in 1997, offering golfers a unique and memorable Village of Pinehurst golf vacation experience with personal service and local support. Exceptional service to you, our customer, is our most important asset. We now serve both the Home of American Golf and the Home of Golf, St. Andrews.

I live, work and play here in Pinehurst. 

I’m fortunate to travel to St. Andrews frequently to enjoy one of the great atmospheres in golf. I package Pinehurst and now St. Andrews with deep local knowledge combined with a love of golf. 

Services include a dedicated webpage for your group, which outlines your golf schedule, accommodation information, maps and directions. Group members can pay individually online, allowing the group leader to avoid the hassles of payment collection and information dissemination.

to have been on many golf trips to the best in the US and abroad. Royal Portrush, Bandon Dunes, Pine Valley, Cypress Point, Royal County Down, Pebble Beach, Sea Island, Royal Dornoch, St. Andrews, Royal Birkdale, Crystal Downs, New South Wales, Muirfield and The Ocean Course Kiawah are among the many courses I’ve been privileged to play. I strive to provide the high quality golf experience that I would want myself.

I can tell you the weather, best steakhouse and toughest par 3’s in your destination. My contacts with local vendors allow me to offer whatever goods and services your group needs to make your trip memorable. Opinions will be genuine and unaudited, based on my own local experience.
